Welcome to my blog!

Thanks for coming and taking a look at what I LOVE to do! I'm on the constant lookout for great shots and ways to improve my photography skills! I love using the natural light available; it's real and natural, and that's the look I'm after. I love capturing the details so even the smallest things can be remembered.
I'd love to photograph YOUR family, special event or wedding!

The Shipp Family

I think one of the best things about these pictures, other than the people, are the colors! When Mom told me what colors they were wearing I was so happy! I love the brightness, and the variety. They coordinate but don't match exactly, and they have more than just two colors! So if you're thinking of what to wear or what colors to go with, here's a good example of how to make it work, even with what you have. Though family pictures are also a great excuse to go shopping! =)

I hope you enjoy your preview Shipp family! These have been so fun for me!

The Dobbs Family

And so begins the season for family pictures!

Ever since I've seen the eyes on these sweet kids I've been wanting to take their pictures! So I was so happy to have the chance! This is such a sweet family and it was a pleasure to be with them. Even when a one year old wants to run and not take pictures! =)   I hope you guys enjoy your preview!

Mt. Timpanogas

I had the joy of going with my sister to the Mt. Timpanogas temple in Utah for the first time. It is such a beautiful place and was an unforgettable experience. We had just a few minutes after to get a few pictures. Beautiful girl!

Baby Madelyn

3 months, such a sweet age. They're still you're infant, you're little angel, but they're smiling at you now! =) I love this little one's sweet smiles!

I took these same kind of pictures for big sister almost exactly two years ago. I can't believe she's so big, and now the BIG sister! =)

St. George Temple

I took this first picture from our car window. The sun was getting low and there were just the slightest hints of color in the sky, along with the glow on this beautiful white stone, I just couldn't resist it! I was lucky to have my camera in my lap so I could snap it just as we passed.

The kids were kind enough to stand together and give cute looks long enough for this shot. This isn't always the case, that's for sure!
